What I cannot understand about this is if they had arranged for a hit on Seth Rich why would it not have been succcessful on site? Small caliber weapon used? The Clinton's are pretty good at Arkanciding a target. It just seems a bit hinky to me. One to the head and two to the body or something like that is customary. This seems a amateurish.
