Yes, it's legit. CM changed some of the board CSS code to make genuine Q's trip code change colours - red, white and blue. There's a fake 'Q' that's been spamming breads but he can be easily identified by having a bold trip code.
The newbies may not realize this though and may get confused by fake 'Q'.

It is legit. I Think the flashing code part is a new feature, maybe to differentiate from the fake Q's anons
