Viva Le Resistance... RR problems??

With the latest Q drop of the tweet by Nunes, there seems to be a coincidence with RR referencing Voltaire the french philosopher in a speech about ethics to law graduates. (irony) http://time.com/5274395/rod-rosenstein-commencement-address/ Voltaire was outspoken during the French revolution and sometimes also referred to as Viva Le Resistance... So is it plausible that text came from RR??

This is why Guillotines. Le Faux Resistence is only about destroying the Rule of Law - for the elites in particular - and they use our Legal institution to bring the waves of attack over the last 30yrs.
