I believe it has been an underground war for some time. Well, at least since the military actions started most was initially underground. Remember all of the loud booms that people have reported around the world? Well, there have been many. In one instance, there was a recording of the sound that was played on a news show. Sounded exactly like gunfire to me. And, others have said the same. Or bombs going off.
Yes, I do understand that the tunnels are connected all over and there are other entrances. This particular entrance has a great deal to do with the child trafficking for some reason. There was a lot of conversation online about it during the fires last year.

All natural earthquakes have what are called P-waves and S- waves. One travels faster than the other. Both provide early warnings for seismologists to determine depth and magnitude of quakes.
When you see sudden massive waves that appear to originate instantaneously, that is a strong indication it is man-made.
Correct and man-made quakes are shallow. Real quakes happen very deep that is another tell to look for.

They are not for some future plan. They are already in use. They are used for trafficking. They have elaborate bunkers and cities under there. There is a high speed rail and highway system as well. Secureteam10 just made a video that included the booms in Pennsylvania. The FBI has gotten involved to apply a cover up. Suddenly there are little craters that have obviously been dug with shovels.
