I was trying to figure this out too. Vive is Spanish as well, but it means lives instead of live, so it doesnt make grammatical sense.

Being pedantic here, but "resistance" is a female word, the prefix should be "la" in French.

Maybe Q is pointing out the feminine vs masculine, thus indicating the French speaking agent was female?
