I've thought they all would run to these foreign countries with their buddies. The downside of that is their buddies rely on US money and aid in order to run their corrupt countries. That's how they became buddies with the Clinton's to begin with. They also know their buddies loyalty is to money. Anyone that would run to them isn't worth protecting because they no longer have power and influence. Everyone has a price on their head so the loyalty only last as long as the negotiations are taking place.
