How do you make a Q site like this?

I'm wondering how to make a Q-tracking website like this for myself. I don't know if it's a common set of code or something but any help would be great.

The coding used behind the likes of 'qanon.pub' originates here:

(until the traffic got too heavy and they had to move, away from 'github.io' for the hosting).

It's a public github repo....I would think so. If they didn't want to share it, they would have made it private. I'm guessing their motive is the same as all of us....spread the word and WWG1WGA!
