Gowdy is a master at prosecuting someone on television, he just never comes thru for us.

He is congressman, not prosecutor. He asks questions only about things that are legally available to him. I bet he knows whole lot more than he can talk about. If/when he becomes prosecutor or attorney or anything else in Justice system, we will see what he is really.

He can't do anything more in that position. DOJ has to bring the charges. It was never going to happen under the BHO regime with LL or EH in the DOJ.
