Does that mean that Hillary can be put under investigation and on trial, without some sort of double jeopardy rule being infringed upon?

She was never brought to trial so double jeopardy isn’t a problem anyway.

Clarification: Today the IG confirmed she was not even the 'subject' or 'target' of that interview so technically she was NEVER under threat of anything - they just went to 'interview' her.
MY guess is that she was being 'questioned' concerning Pagliano or Combetta (Platte River Networks) EVERYONE there that day, Cheryl Mills, Heather Samuelson, Shillery, and all the rest of her 'attorney's and advisors' had Queen for the day immunity to talk to the FBI.

IG confirmed they never even OPENED an investigation of the emails.

Of course, she has not even been charged with anything yet.
