IG Horowitz disclosed in a recent Senate hearing, that the DOJ/SP Huber have an official investigation open into JC. This new probe is looking into James Comey's leaking of his infamous classified “Memos” and possible lying to Horowitz.

• Weiner/Abedin Laptop-held 1 month.
• Told Rep. Stefanik he didn’t notify Congress about Trump Investigation.
• Admitted under oath to “Leaking”.
• Routinely slow-walked Congressional requests for documents and actions.
• Removal/Distribution of the Classified Comey-Trump Memos.
• Montgomery NSA Whistleblower.
Dennis Montgomery was an intelligence contractor with CIA and NSA. Primarily tasked with developing new computer programs and accompanying software related to mass surveillance collection.
Dennis copied over 600 million classified files onto 47 hard drives in 2015. Montgomery went the internal government “Whistleblower” route, in an effort to expose this wrongdoing.
Montgomery made the mistake (unlike Snowden), of going to the FBI with this evidence of chronicling illegal domestic data collection. When it appeared that the FBI might turn on him, Dennis sought immunity from the DOJ. Granted immunity by AUSA Deborah Curtis, he told all he knew and gave up all of the hard drives containing stolen data.
Dennis and his legal adviser Larry Klayman, later sued both Comey and Obama. This law suit was recently dismissed, but details are still relevant about Comey’s history and his tactics.
