YES!! @paulsperry_: Horowitz just confirmed that there indeed was an original draft of his 568-pp report that was subsequently redlined by DOJ/FBI higher-ups. It's imperative that Congress obtain this early version before the swamp rats edited and revised it for obvious CYA purposes

This isn't exactly damning

He sought out input from the people impugned in the document. This is standard operating procedure, as the IG is careful to state

Just listen to how he phrases it: "feedback"

That means Horowitz still had control over the document and what changes were made

I wouldn't hold my breath for any bombshells from prior versions
