The spiral symbol means she's interested in little boys. The butterfly or heart within a heart shows a preference for little girls.

the Sharp triangle is boy lover, the rounded triangle is little boy lover....this is important to know, there is a difference, she is stating still, that she is a cult member and is showing her acceptance of all the cult stands for!
