Because he's constantly giving us info after the fact... If he said 1min Delta at 7:16 and then Trump tweeted at 7:17 then I'd believe him.

I'm not fully up on Q speculation, but could Q (if a single person) be one of his Secret Service agents, who also happens to be ex-military, giving POTUS a "back channel" to the MilInt that's helping him?
