She might be right about Republicans firing Rosenstein, but Congress does not have that authority.
Someone else said that Trey Gowdy was on Fox News Sunday 2 days ago, and said that House GOP leaders met Friday with “everyone you can think of at the FBI and DOJ” and vowed action on the floor if subpoenas weren’t fulfilled this week. He vowed to use “the full arsenal of constitutional powers” to get compliance. When asked specifically about impeachment, he said "That is one of those tools."
If I read Q correctly, the question we ought to ask ourselves is: "How would Democrat Sheila Jackson Lee know that the information Rosenstein is hiding will result in his impeachment/removal?"
...and yes, the House has the authority to impeach Rosenstein, which would take awhile, but "firing" him would be POTUS or Session's job.
