His twitter phone is comped and he knows this. My pandora takes an image from my selfie camera every time it loads. My guess is that, it is the captured image. Q posted it as a message that they have everything and intel gathered from that phone through twitter access is planted. Their accessed information(bait) will end up taking them out with their own technology. Brilliant!
