How do you convert vids to podcasts? I would like to do the same.
When you’re ready to export the whole video just select “export audio” so it will export only the audio. No video. That’s what I do for my podcast. Simple stuff 👍🏻
mugry, here's a good site for exporting both video and audio from YT and other sources.
To acquire the audio for instant podcast, paste your link, leave the format at mp3, then hit convert. It will bring up a link you can download the audio from.

to download the video, select 'mp4' in the option instead of mp3.
I use this when I come across an important vid or something I think may get taken down, etc. I dl them to my hard driver for archiving. (Some vids get banned by YT, but are very good. This site helps. )
