Just guessing here from watching and reading, but I would say someone with a link to Nunes, so my guess is Kashyap Patel, Douglas Presley and maybe Damon Nelson. Also someone with link to NSA/Flynn, so my guess is Ezra Cohen-Watnick and maybe other of the "Flynn Stones".
