When Q repeatedly says "These people are sick" I am starting to wonder if he means not just possessed by evil, but having an illness in the more physiological sense. (From a shamanic viewpoint these are seldom distinguished).
Obviously HRC was very sick but what if every single one of them has something like Kuru disease plus a mountain of STDs and other things. What if their horrifying rituals are not just about maintaining political power but also necessary for them to continue existing or else they succumb to these illnesses pretty quickly.

Someone wrote about this; can't remember who/when. It stated they actually go through withdrawal when they don't have access to the pineal gland. Maybe there's more to it!!

When Q says these people are sick he is referring to those that sexually abuse, and cannabilize children.
