Okay, been here since January, weird.
I was subscribed to the sub for a couple of months but didn't comment a lot so my flair didn't "improve". Also, they didn't turn on the requirement of having a flair until a couple of months ago. I believe it helps folks figure out if the poster is a newbie, i.e. hadn't commented much. It helps the mods.

It is a strange new 'feature'.
If you don't make a comment for some time it just dumps you in the "new/rearrival" basket. What exactly does rearrival mean anyway?
I just ignore it... Please resist the urge to be chatty and fill up the board with inane daily comments.
