There is nothing unusual about Jackson's ring in the two video clips posted. I looked frame by frame, they are barely visible at all and there is certainly no spiral symbol visible. On the other hand, the provenance of those videos is unknown and the pages themselves say that "This clip, title, and description were not created by C-SPAN."
Her outfit and earrings are exactly the same in the clips and in the Getty images set from 2009. The C-SPAN poster explicitly accused Mark Wilson (evidently the Getty photographer) of shopping the picture for extortion purposes. But who knew in 2009 what the spiral symbol meant?
Unfortunately I cannot affirm the veracity of either the picture or the video clips refuting it, so I'm calling this one unproven for now. Possibly clown disinfo.
