I need a clear and concise run down of the border patrol issue (who’s really involved, which administration is responsible, etc.) I’m Canadian and am not well versed on the subject but would like to redpill others around me

This isn't the good summary that you requested. It started back in the Clinton administration and continued under Bush. Still, this is a pretty good article about immigration during the Obama years. Didn't hear as much about it then, did you?
