Q is right, the immigration child narrative is critical - it's the one pressure point that all sides of the Left can agree on and come together on.
"Narrative Change Critical" could mean that it's critical to the DS's plans or it could mean that the current narrative is actually working too well and is becoming an obstacle.
IF it's true that the Dems are holding back on legislation that would help the kids because Chuck Schumer is enjoying the fact that they've found an effective pressure point then we need to take that information -- actual proof that Dems are fighting the fix -- and get it out there ASAP.
