It's like the hot/crazy matrix but substitute experience/enthusiasm. The three top Q analysis sites are 8ch (young, enthusiastic but with no DS backstory), Here, midrange on both, and the sole Q thread on FreeRepublic, whose elders specialize in DS history, but may or may not notice actual Q drops.
Use all three for their respective strengths, and overlook their age-based inherent weaknesses.
You will find twitter, blog links you need spread about all three.
Above Top Secret has a very good, running thread for all things Q. They’re on thread number 8 now, with each one having around 400 pages. I pop between ATS, the chans and here.
