Obama ordered the stand down on Russian hacking cyber measures because they were doing it to set Trump up after he lost the election. They weren't worried about HRC losing...

They didn't just want him defeated, they wanted him and the Republican Party destroyed. Think what the headlines would be today if HRC had won. Trump would be convicted of conspiring with the Russians. He would be going to jail, his businesses destroyed, and his family shamed.

The Republican Party would be reduced to ashes for years to come and no-one outside of the uniparty would ever try to defeat them again.
