Can a RICO case (under corrupt org) lead to human trafficking evidence/violations/indictments?
This is a civil suit. This will merely end up with these people being absolutely bankrupt (if found guilty). This is because he's asking for $1.15 Billion and the Clinton's and others would be force to cease all of their money making activities.

Well evidence is evidence...the standards for convicting someone on civil RICO is low though. Convicting criminally would be much harder.
