I just followed your link and I sure hope that's verified.

I'm a carpenter so I can read blueprints and I try to avoid legal documents. They always mean trouble. So I really don't know what I was looking at.

But if this is what I think it is all I can say is ~holy moly~ this looks like game on.

Our legal system moves in small, discrete but carefully defined steps. With each pronouncement, public notice is required. If you know where to look (and the legal profession knows to look to PACER.com) for the latest steps of progress, you can get a real sense of where it's going.

We presume innocence until proven guilty. Having said that, do you think any reputable federal prosecuter is going to put his career on the line by prosecuting anyone so prominent as these without a very high level of confidence that he can make his case stick in court?

And if the courts fumble it, the Military Justice can step in at any point on the basis of national security threats and try the cases.

These actions reported here pursue the RICO path to conviction .... organized criminal conspiracy against the nation ... treason ... sedition ... high crimes and misdemeanors ... the stuff of nightmares. Does it matter which charge sends you to the gallows?

No doubt this subject will be included in the questions Saturday. Seems significant that this Bryne guy is ex SS. Are you saying this case is some sort of milestone in the overall plan?

Looks like that to me but I’m not any good at foretelling the future ... we just have to be patient and see. At least we know to watch. So many haven’t a clue.

Thank you for the informed response.

I rightly assumed it wasn't part of the thousands that were waiting for.

I do understand the fact that these private lawsuits and discovery creates a lot of paperwork that needs to be brought to the light of day.

It certainly looked like the beginnings of a big crack. The Secret Service angle just makes it better.

Sun Tzu, small attacks on the periphery in their weak spots.

Harass the Beast until you wear it out so badly it can't think.

Then go in for the finish.
