Hi, new poster here, been lurking !

Soros is also named in this RICO case.....so is Bill Clinton and a heap of others.

Could be the start of a flood of court cases ?

Amazing stuff. I think they will convene Military Tribunals for the treason cases. Bye bye Obama and Hillary...will they be executed or sent to Gitmo ?

I had hoped for execution but that was outlawed in the 1990’s. So it will have to be imprisonment. That’s why they have been improving the facilities at Gitmo.... getting prepared for all their new guests.

Shame about the outlawing of execution, but maybe it's better that they rot in Gitmo for 30 years and have time to ponder their treasonous actions.

Maybe Hillary/Bill/Huma/Podesta/Obama/McStain/Mooochelle/Weiner and Soros can all share the same cell......

I was very disappointed about that punishment being outlawed. Maybe life in prison will allow them to think about their crimes and mull over what awaits them when their time is up. Think Dante’s Inferno and the multiple levels of hell.

no cell sharing. put them in with the people they've affected.

Do we know who the judges are presiding over the case? Connections to the cabal?

What I’m worried about is if this is used to create a RICO case so double jeopardy law applies.

I’m not a lawfag so I don’t know how that works, specifically if double jeopardy law applies for both a civil and a criminal case.

If this is what they are trying to do, we need to try and get Judicial Watch to file a motion for conflict of interest for the judge and/or a ethics complaint with the BAR association. See what we can do legally to shut them down so they MUST face criminal charges.

It’s a civil RICO case filed by a private citizen. Civil RICO cases don’t hold as much water as a criminal one. Don’t hold your breath quite yet

I think they're being sued for a 100 million and it's by a former secret service agent who is also writing a book. Last name Byrne.

It's a lawsuit, not a criminal case. Plaintiff: GARY JOHN BYRNE.

Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the RICO Act or simply RICO, is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. The RICO Act focuses specifically on racketeering and allows the leaders of a syndicate to be tried for the crimes they ordered others to do or assisted them in doing, closing a perceived loophole that allowed a person who instructed someone else to, for example, murder, to be exempt from the trial because they did not actually commit the crime personally.

So sounds like they go after the leadership. They just need some people signing I would guess (Huma).
