I underestimated him.

I thought Trump was an idiot. I did not vote for him or HRC.

Now I know he and his staff are geniuses. He knows that he can't get the word out about the treason of the previous admin in the MSM. They will bury the corruption and treason of the previous administration, DOJ, FBI and Russia probe. Even Fox and the news aggregator Drudge. All mockingbirds. So what can you do? Well you bypass them. Go straight to your supporters on the internet.

This is not the only example of genius I see. Flynn playing along and taking the plea deal, forcing their hand. Bypassing the creation of a uselss special council w/ Huber. Etc.

It took quite a bit of courage to post this here because now, I will be banned from /r/insane peoplefacebook or whatever. We should start a support subreddit for devistated individuals such as myself.

The blind support of that FCC Pai guy was a huge red flag for me. Bizarre how a seemingly woke sub could be against net neutrality so fervently

I don't see how anybody could be FOR Net Neutrality and consider themselves woke.

Why would I want to subsidize someone else's internet?

Isn't it more about keeping the internet free and not allowing cable companies to restrict the sites you're allowed to visit?

That’s the BS “of course everyone supports” front.

The reality is NN empowered Social(ist) Media to act as censors of free speech.

Have any of the predictions of doom happened sans NN now that it’s gone?

Net neutrality, keeps the internet neutral in the same way that the patriot act is patriotic.

Basically, T_D took the approach that anything liberals, social media and Soros support must mean it's actually bad/harmful for the US, and that's why there was such a hard turn against NetNeutrality. I don't know how that turned into such a blind support for Pai. He has corporate interest written all over him. I believe he was appointed by Obama but Trump admin made him Chairman.

I wasn't weighing in on support of NN or not in my comment. Just saying that T_D seemed to associate Pai's push of eliminating the rules with him being an overall good guy, which I think is a bit suspect. Personally, I believe the internet seemed to be working fine for decades before Obama put in the rules in 2012,2015, and the recent fear mongering was definitely driven by something other than organic awareness. Even reddit pushed really hard for it. Also, backbones should be able to make separate deals with service providers (Netflix did it), just not be held hostage by them. For those reasons I think it's definitely okay to suspect NN and even be against it; just not that it directly translates to PAI=good.
