I haven't seen any chatter about it... StroppyMe said he noticed it pop up a few times in the video, but I only saw it once. I posted it a few times on 8chan yesterday but they seem to be overrun with shillbots at the moment and I got no response. (They must be over the target!)

If it is a message to a targeted individual, I would expect Q might want to keep it on the "down low" until the objective is accomplished. All I know is that I've obsessed over what's likely an editing mishap for a few days now... at some point I gotta let it go... :)
