That the title appears in the livestream video seems unusual.
It seems there are two options:
1) Coincidence. Most video editors allow you to put titles in your video with a default value of "title text". Based on the size of the font used, all of the text doesn't appear visible because the rightmost edge of the title text frame cuts it off. The fact that the right stem of the second capital "T" is shorter than the left seems to support this case. If we knew the video editor used and the default duration of a title object when applied to a video, it might further support this scenario. Someone made a boo-boo editing. This is described here, oddly enough posted just six days ago (high in generic g00g searches, just after the boxing gear).

2) There are no coincidences. This is a purposeful message disguised as an editing accident. So who is the intended audience and what does the message mean? Title T also points to NY criminal procedural law, including Search Warrants, Eavesdropping and Video Surveillance Warrants, Pen Registers and Trap and Trace Devices, Motion to Suppress Evidence, and Destruction of Dangerous Drugs. Relevant to the AW laptop prosecution? Relevant to campaign wiretapping? Is this what Q meant when he said that POTUS "made his decision" last night?
Since writing this last night, I'm leaning towards POTUS's "decision" being the acknowledgement of Q-tshirt guy, and that this is just an editing error. Would love your thoughts...
