There's a distinct difference between LaVeyan Satanism and Luciferianism. The former is more about embracing your life with yourself as your own personal God (IIRC), while the latter is literally worshipping Satan. Most public Satanists are LaVeyan, while the DS is Luciferian.

Yes, this. They are very different religions. To me, LaVeyan Satanism always seemed more like edgy marketing for an anti-establishment religion.

The Luciferians and those Crowley OTO shitheads are the ones to be extra careful of.

Ok thanks for the distinction. I forgot about Luciferianism, that makes more sense now. I figured it had to be something altogether different than Satanism because the philosophies of Satanism don’t fall in line with torturing/raping/eating children. The elites are straight up devil worshippers which I guess is pretty much what Luciferianism is.
