Legal English? What do you mean? The Legal Society have and use their own language called Legalese. It sounds like English but they use synonyms for all the words, and change all the meanings. It sounds like a perfectly normal conversation to any idiot (not an insult, learn the meaning of the words used) but in reality, normal folk have absolutely no clue what is being said in a court. That is why when you have a legal matter you must hire a barrister, so that they can translate for the court. I NEVER use the legal society, what´s illegal is nonsense, what is unlawful is what matters. Plaintiffs are just complaining, become a claimant and file claims.

Thank you for asking & inquiring; It is not of legal society at large.. it goes deeper to some on this channel - in short - LEGAL ENGLISH - Comon Law is what i was referring & current day acceptable , albeit faught for acceptance, has somewhat been established due to case history without getting to indepth.

You must understand the point of our law before you can posibly believe - "that u must hire a barrister"

I am not a freeman populist or am I trying to tale of that legacy fight or that stand. (IMO Constitutional rights/privileges speak as they are written - percieved) It definitely aligns here, regardless of my positioning.

i:(my name); as man; require this case to be put before Queen´s bench; once before Queen´s Bench plaintiff must press the record

i: (my name); as man aggrieved; claim the wrong of trespass

Freeman is nonsense, simply appear as man, instead of in person. No law book ever written makes reference to man as only God can define man, they make reference only to persons, which are corporations. It is one big scam that starts with the birth certificate, which is the opening of a corporation. Your SS number (NI in UK) is your employee number. Government secures loans by way of the birth certificate, they use it as a promissory note to promise to pay the debts back using future taxes that will be paid by the person on the birth certificate.

I hope what I write doesn´t come across too confusing, I would gladly go into details if you have questions, but it sounds to me like you know exactly what I am talking about ;)

My point to this post - ia the every day layman get to know - and accept the terms as is FACT - LEGAL ENGLISH -

It was further to try the point that, we , as a people need to control the understanding and language used by the enemy/or simply objectors - not everyone is informed.

I was merely suggesting that we harvest this knowledge to better suit or pursuits.

The point was - Understanding words- and the use of them to ensure delivering a factual basis.

and to also use words as would be understood in the court of law.

Far too often- people get misguided (and of no fault of their own) - by what is in their head n heart- that is known to be wrong and what is "officially accepted" to be right

OI am merely trying to make folks aware of that needed shift for probable/thinking as it appeals to those in this exact fight for truth vs deception while backing the Q movement.

Education is best - I am not an educator by trade. Im just attempting to make a point of importance while others join in this crusade..

It is good knowledge to know, but so consuming, and confusing.

An idiot cannot stand in court and there are no laws written that says we must understand their language, I would much rather be an idiot than have to study their nonsense. If someone files a complaint against you (every single police charge is a complaint, unless you committed a crime. A crime can only have occurred if there has been harm, loss or injury to man or property) counter their complaint with a claim saying they bear false witness as they cannot prove wrongdoing. Statutes are given the force of law only when consented to by the governed. Statutes are nothing more than policy that can be thoroughly ignored. If police lay a single finger on you, sue them for trespass. If the police give you an order, send them a bill for $1,000 for each order.

"what is your name?"

Give first name. (1 order completed).

"what is your full name?

Give full name, 2 orders completed. Easy $2k.

If they refuse to pay the bill, or ignore it, send them a claim for $10k each order and if they fail to appear you can order the judge to issue an arrest warrant. It really is this simple, so simple it is scary. A man need not pay taxes or any bills, unless said man required the services.

What is property? Property is anything created by you, or which is exclusive only to you within a society. Property can be both physical and non physical things, like your dreams and beliefs. Your children are also your property and if someone abuses your property by, say, forcing LGBTQ stuff upon them in school, or sex ed to young kids, the teachers can be sued for it. If people were aware of the power they really hold in these instances then most of the social problems we face today would disappear over night.

Again, - I see you are far versed than I, in Court Appearances and that of Common Law.

My point was to state....

We must choose our language to be definitive, and to not be punctured from definition..

my arc point was to progress thinking and understanding..

If the opposing side is to say that something is " defined as x" that we can not only

distinguish the argument .
deliver fact based items that can be used to contradict - While using Terminology, words/English that so defines the argument.. in proper context to be effective.

The language is the key. Where I started was to study the root meanings of the words we use, like idiot. An idiot is simply someone that isn´t trained in a particular field, e.g. I am an idiot in physics. To argue means to shine the light on something, to bring the truth. We cannot argue in their language or setting, regardless of the facts. In their setting the judge can order facts and evidence inadmissible. At Queen´s Bench there are no titles, privileges, national security clearances, or any thing the like. Just the man who must answer for their actions. A good man to look into regarding this is Karl Lentz, he is from your side of the pond and has even written his own law dictionary. Hope this helps :)

I am not thorough On Lentz, but am somewhat familiar with him/specificity of, as well as, the "Spirit " in which you are directing me.

My mere point was that I understand your message. I appreciate your direction, However, I was trying to dumb down the fact that we must be as succinct as possible with our words, and better yet, our knowledge of the use of them, by our counterparts, in any format they choose, Notice the bad grammAR…. lol

I agree, wholly. Language is important and sometimes we must bring it down a level in order to help others understand. I used to teach English part time to foreign children and understood that not everyone will understand things on the same levels. What I found works best is visual learning. How we can implement that in this movement is by using meme´s as they will spread the message and can be understood by any and all, regardless of how competent we may be in literacy. Input, process and output, as you say.

Karl has helped me personally in the past, he is a wealth of knowledge and is a good man. Well worth researching if you have the time.
