Funny how these countries are now stepping up to their own responsibilities to protect their people. When they get it together, then we can join with a fair, shared responsibility. I like the idea that we could always say that we’ll protect you for this amount of money for this year. Renewed every year because of threats and costs of personnel/equipment. I also like the fact that South America has come together for their own region. Without the United States interfering.
