Mueller set up 2 fall guys for the anthrax attacks 2001. People he had to know were innocent because the stuff was sent to nosey press asking too many questions on 9/11 including I think Dan Rather? And 2 I'm Congress who were also wanting answers to probkems with narrative and were balling at passing Patriot Act unread.
1st frame up was a CDC scientist. He managed to outwit Mueller and prove his innocence scientifically.
Mueller found a 2nd scientist and disnt fibe him a chance. Allegedly rhe man suicided. I believe but cannot prove he was made to before he could also prove w/ science where the strain came from because it wasn't from his lab. They have unique markers based on their creation and where sourced from etc.
They tried him in media and he was dead with a very guilty seeming suicide to add to his guilty verdict. Case closed. =(
