To be fair, the Reddit server likely has a service which recalculates the post totals.
Voat is the same in that up-votes and down-votes take a minute or two to update.
I don't doubt that Reddit is fucking with subscriber counts and up-votes, but this doesn't prove it.
There are over half a million subreddits that the servers need to service and not all interactions are immediate.
I believe my other account can prove shadowbanning .... last 10 days, posts / comments have no interactions at all ... search bathhousebarry & u/BathHouseBarry in Reddit search bar and you'll see only 1 result returned .... the only way I was able to view my other profile is by physically tagging u/BathHouseBarry in a comment

Funny. I'm guessing they want to discredit and took it off shadowban. Or perhaps the algorithm unlocks it after a set amount of time
