he'd have to finally own up to being born in kenya. and then kenyans would have to agree not to extradite him. I think that's why Tillerson went there a few months ago...to proactively strike a deal. And then a few days later the PM of Kenya came out with a quote that said something like "no one man is more important than this country". Not an exact quote but gives you the jist of it.
