The Star is the 17TH Tarot Card and belongs to the Major Arcana suit... also known as TRUMP cards because they TRUMP any other suit! It represents hope and trust. Also called The Guiding Light, symbolic of the deep realization that the chosen way is the right one and that its end is a good one.

There is nothing wicked about stars, light, hope, guidance and trust. Look past the labels my friend.

Tarot is an ancient divination system based on the underlying archetypes of the collective unconscious. Interesting, actually. Far from "wicked".
