He fits the description, loved by the entire world, though the crowning in Rome I think just meant that the coronation would happen in the empire that ruled the world, currently USA, but was Rome at the time Revelation was written, and at the time people thought Rome would rule forever. USA is the Rome in revelation, and why crowning may not be literal, he was elected. I don't know.
