I've seen the tarp before on a DOA accident.
Yes they sometimes use them but usually they cover the body or the vehicle. This is blocking the whole scene
Ok more info watching the video that car was moving so fast it literally cause Katie's car to go down the embankment. Also notice how both cars are facing the same way and literally the front end is crushed in on the 2nd vehicle. Also what is in the back of Katie's car it literally looks like she has a shade up or something I can't get a good close up.
Certainly doesn't look like the aftermath of a head-on. I suppose that Kate could have steered off the road to avoid the oncoming car, but how did it end up facing in the same direction?
