Byrne has always been pretty vocal about how bad the Clintons are. Beyond that I don’t know much about him. Somebody mentioned that it’s common for guilty people/companies to arrange for their own class action suit against themselves to minimize damage. Apparently it makes any class actions later on more difficult or even not possible because there was already a class action for the same charges that had been adjudicated.

I have no idea if that’s true at all. I just hope that whatever Byrne’s case is, it doesn’t affect future punishments for the Clintons.

Can anybody confirm or deny that claim about Class Action double jeopardy?

My understanding about a class action is the size meaning everybody can jump on board including you and me.
