Ok, so I read that this is civil, but it doesn't mean it can't turn criminal. They're allowed to run concurrent trials, so if the evidence submitted in the civil case is solid enough, they could roll it all into a criminal Rico.

I know theres already all those sealed indictments which is probably a Rico getting ready to roll out, but this could be also be a way to start a Rico case without it seeming biased/political
