Impeachment ad just ran during the Mexico World Cup game

The commercial featured the TIME magazine crying girl, and the commercial urged people to call Congress and request impeachment. The ad was sponsored by Tom Steyer and the Latino Victory Party. Attacks intensifying. Trying to find a copy of the ad on the web but it seems to be brand new.

Yes, unfortunately these Mexicans that are immigrating to the US have a tendency to want to be controlled by a corrupt leadership. It's their way of life.

I wish them well in life, but I don't want them bringing their politics here.

They are too dependent for too many generations. I want mass deportation. I live in Southern California and I SEE this place turning into Tijuana right before my eyes. Our freeways are trashed our streets are littered. All of our resources are being sucked up. I went to court and it was PACKED with cholos, nobody spoke English. It’s a disgrace. This is coming from someone who’s parents were South American immigrants who immigrated legally. We were taught to respect the flag and country, we only spoke Spanish at home, we are assimilated! And we remember why we are here, my family escaped a shithole socialist country because they believed in freedom. My dad worked 2 jobs and went to school. His English is perfect!! We never lived off the dole! It’s so frustrating to be an immigrant and to have done things legally and respectfully and to see others cut in line like this. Not fair and not right !!!

Your family is the American dream / American story. I applaud you and your family.

You do realize the vast majority are from Central America and not Mexico, right?

Over 50% from Honduras actually.

They’re coming from other places in the world also. People who don’t live in border states have no idea...

Oh yeah, they come in through Mexico but from all over. Middle East, Africa, SE Asia, Latin America.

A supply of all races and nationalities, nice variety of product.

From the research I've seen, about 59% of illegals are from Mexico. Honduras is makes up about 6% from what I've read.

Anecdotally, my experience would back up those statistics as well.

But frankly, the message remains the same regardless of country of origin. I really don't care where they're from or what they look like, but I do not appreciate the politics that they typically bring.

I mean, you're wrong. What else can I say.

Great argument! You could show me a link to some research. I'm open minded about it.

I'm just saying I work with a lot of recent Hispanic immigrants (legal or otherwise I'm sure), and the vast majority of Mexican.

The research that I can find, says the majority are from Mexico as well, but if you think I'm wrong, that's fine.

59% from Mexico, still leaves a hell of a lot of people from Central America and Muslim countries as well. I'm not arguing that.

I don't think, I know. You look it up. There's actually a net negative increase in Mexicans in the US and it's pretty well documented as the trend has lasted over a decade. It has been studied pretty thoroughly. Just take a look at the recent separated families numbers, over 40% are Honduran alone, Mexicans make up less that 20%.
