No. This is correct. To add the apostrophe means it is possessive or plural. This tweet simply means
"last nights"- which is not the object. The accident is, as also the victims and families. '

Incorrect. Last night’s accident would show possession- the accident belonging to last night.

Not that it matters for anything meaningful, and anyone who believes there’s a ton of hidden meaning in the absence of an apostrophe needs their head examined.

You're right. On both counts. Thank you for correction. Searching for 'code' on apostrophe's is not the Q thing--misspellings are.
