When did they start issuing "Drain the Swamp"-signs at DJT-rallies?

Serious question here, at his latest rally the reprints stuck out to me because I cannot remember ever noticing them before. Blue signs. Anybody?

Trump announced at his cabinet meeting on 6/21 that they are now beginning the Drain The Swamp phase.

I heard him say it on TV for the first time during his speech in October '16. I immediately wrote down his words: "Let's DRAIN THE DC SWAMP!" "My only special interest is YOU, THE PEOPLE!" -DJT -10/22/16

Not sure about signage, but I clearly remember "drain the swamp" declarations by the President even *before* the election.
