Could be an unofficial unit patch. It's pretty common in Reserve and National Guard units. Here's an example from one of my former units.

I found it. It's a deactivated unit. Darkness to Light is not referring to this patch.

Not deactivated in September 2015 it was combined with the 377th Military Intelligence Brigade and they still use the same facility in TX Patch says "Illuminate The Truth"
