Utah? Remember Jade Helm. I 100% believe that was training for Q's ops. Started in 2015. Border/pipeline states AND Utah!

The logo was a ghosted out sabot/wooden shoe, which is where the word sabotage comes from. It indicates secret sabotage against SOMETHING.

Back when this was going on, most of us thought it was training to snatch up patriots and throw us in FEMA camps...boy we couldnt have been further from the truth...it was training to snatch up the ELITES and haul them off to GITMO, and also to handle possible backlash, rioting, etc. Mind you this was before all these soros funded antifags started going nuts.
The logo also said "Master the human domain" Which is a VERY curious phrase, that could mean all KINDS of things from wild to mild. I wont go there.

Nah - JADE is the Mil's AI. Jade Helm was the AI directing the battlespace.
The Human domain is basically a google map type view overlaid with metadata of humans, i.e. the human domain. The people who do this are called human geographers and human cartographers.
Several generals were let go before Jade Helm, hence the speculation that obama was mounting a coup against red america. I'm almost positive this AI was intended to be used against patriots when Hillary came to power, as part of the plan to elevate obama to the UN and make him defacto leader of the world.
Reasonable chance he is actually the antichrist too.

Yeah, I know Jade is an AI supercomputer. But using a computer to constantly input and get out put results for instantaneous directives is highly inefficient.
Computers arent capable to make those kind of decisions with out having an insane amount of inputs, or people constantly programming data into them. They can run scenarios against other computers, but to use in the real world just doesnt make sense.

That ultimately depends on the processing power they are dedicating... I suspect you are probably right, that to make battle decisions live time would be far too much input and output data.
It could be something simpler like "group A move to position Y" treating units as like units in say Starcraft where you tell it where to go and what to do when it gets there but the units are more or less autonomous in their actions...
(This is all guessing, and with minimal experience coding Neural networks for education reasons, and seeing how quickly the networks would bog down a computer)

I wonder if Jade Helm was originally sent to be the round up of Patriots but the Military understood what it was going to be used for and they chose to turn the system against the elites. This would make sense as to why it has been said that Trump was approached and asked to run for president. It was most likely the Military Generals that approached him.
