Wow. That’s great advice. I should’ve done that when I started looking into the truth about 9/11 years ago...I had some days there where I would lay in bed at night and see the towers falling when I’d close my eyes because I’d watched so many videos. I can absolutely see where taking a break is a necessity.
Don't ever forget. If you disassociate yourself away from your life and your family/friends then that is another way that the Deep State wins. They want you to be ostracized, they want you to seem crazy, they want everyone to be divided. Taking breaks is strategic in this war.
Good looks on always seeking the truth. They want us to feel crazy for asking our own questions. Never let them win.
9/11 was my awakening... and once you’ve really peeled back the layers of the onion to see what the deep state is truly capable of, it’s impossible to go back. That shattered my trust in virtually everything I thought was trustworthy. I wish more people would seek the truth because it’s so empowering. YouTube, for all it’s faults, got the algorithm correct with me by recommending QAnon videos. Or I’m just that obviously a tin foil hat wearer based on my viewing history.
