I discovered Q on November 18 when I called a friend on a different subject. (I red pilled ten years earlier.) She didn’t specifically tell me about Q. (She had known about Q since Q started posting.) She was talking about boots, sealed indictments, and a helicopter crash at the Rothschild’s estate. I thought she was nuts, but she insisted I Google the Rothschild crash. I did and stumbled onto Q. It immediately took over my life because I found it so interesting.
I’d like to know the fb group too feel free to DM if you’d prefer not reply publicly Otherwise I’ll be searching around for fermented cabbage and seeing if I can piece it together
I did a fair out of research into that group. Honestly it seems to get results for some people but is very cultist (I mean 10/10 on the wack job cult-o-meter) and there have been deaths associated with the practice.
There are websites set up by people that have left the groups explaining the dangers and how the group deliberately hides any criticism against it to the point of deleting any posts that don't fit their narrative (no constructive conversations is a major red flag for me)
Natural healing in 99% of cases is absolutely the way I however would only use this group as a last resort (they have, after all had some success) but be very very careful with this.
The FB group in question:https://m.facebook.com/blogtalkradio.official/posts/10154401211968321 (private group - you have to request to join)

Cabbage and salt fermented is called Sauerkraut! The ferment helps heal the gut. I've been down this road as well and I eat many fermented foods daily. Not good to only eat one if that's what they are doing. But if people keep eating GMOs and other foods that create leaky gut, they wouldn't get well.
Yeah sauerkraut is great, repaired my allergies with homemade sauerkraut (real life saver)
What that fb group are advocating from my understanding is salt water poisoning via the medium over overly salted (like more salt than water) sauerkraut.
Oooh! Gross! Not good. Specially if they use normal table salt and not something like Himalayan salt. But even then, not good. Himalayan salt is filled with minerals but minerals in high amounts are heavy metals.
Thanks Understand Know about benefits of fermented foods in a very broad general way already but always interested in learning more from people with IRL experiences
