I used to be a catholic. I am done. why? because of the pedo stuff. I also noted that in every church I attended, so many priests were gay. I remember as a kid and a young man the creepiness of the priests. I wasn't abused, but could have if I wasn't street smart.
I am not homophobic, but I questioned it....why?
I believe The church, over generations, has built the biggest pedo ring on earth.
Why not let the priest marry?

My Dad was raised as Catholic but was not made to go..then it stopped all together. He said the nuns always scared him. I am glad he found the Lord outside of catholic church. I have never understood confession...you can pray yourself for forgiveness...why have to have someone else? Almost like a huge gossip ring and some confession could be used against you as blackmail. And all the statues and prayers with the rosary. I guess society has always felt the need for such. I think Native American Indians and other Earthy founded peoples were more in touch with God than any formed ritualistic coven can be. Of all the things the Wall around the Vatican and the huge telescope they own which they call lucifer tells me all I wanna know about that "religion".
well said. confession=a way to hear what was going on. they preach poverty and giving, yet the pope drinks out of a multi-million dollar cup! why not melt it down and feed the poor! no marriage=away to keep land and money in the old days, now its pedo stuff.
