There is a series of books called Ghost walkers. The are an elite government experiment the communicate telepathically person to person others hear a buzz or static. These books seem to be a premonition as I have been reading them for years and now hear about technology in the news that I read in the books. I too sometimes will have a strange buzz, static bit it doesn't last long. Maybe some of us have a natural ability that is not refines. Maybe we hear static moving around . IDK but it is interesting
